Well, the attributes you listed would fall under the aromatherapy category.  Herbs work on specific bodily functions and diseases but aromatherapy can change the brain chemistry.  

Here’s a good confidence booster recipe:

  • 8 drops of basil
  • 5 drops of grapefruit
  • 3 drops lemon
  • 2 drops of lavender

You can diffuse this in an oil diffuser or place on a cotton ball and inhale.  

The so called herbs that state they are good for the above mentioned list are all sedatives which are counter-productive so go the aromatherapy route!
